Ductless AC Installation

Why Go Ductless?

Ductless mini-split systems deliver quiet, energy-efficient cooling (and heating) without invasive ductwork. Perfect for homes, additions or converted basements, they let you control temperature room by room, so you’re not wasting energy on unused spaces.

Each ductless setup pairs an outdoor compressor/condenser with one or more indoor air handlers. Choose from wall-mounted, ceiling-cassette or floor-standing units in various sizes. We install refrigerant lines, condensate drains and electrical hookups, then commission your system for peak performance.

After a free site survey to assess load requirements and placement, our certified HVAC techs mount the outdoor unit on vibration-dampening brackets. We cut a 3”-4” hole for your indoor line set, run lines through insulated piping, wire the thermostat controls, evacuate the refrigerant circuit, then charge and test for leaks before the first cool blast.

From single-zone solutions for a sunroom to 4- or 5-zone systems controlling your living room, master suite, office and guest room, we’ll design the right configuration. You’ll get precise load calculations and 3D placement mock-ups so you can visualize each indoor unit’s location and style.

We back every installation with a 1-year workmanship warranty plus manufacturer coverage on compressors and parts. Our maintenance plans include bi-annual tune-ups—cleaning filters, inspecting lines and testing pressures—to keep your system running efficiently for years.

We start with a heat-load calculation, factoring in room dimensions, insulation, window exposure and local climate. That tells us the exact BTU capacity each zone needs. Then we recommend single-zone or multi-zone setups—so a large living area might get a 12,000 BTU wall unit, while a small bedroom uses a 6,000 BTU head.

Absolutely. Whether you want a multi-tiered island with waterfall edges and bar seating or a sleek prep station with integrated sinks and appliance garages, we’ll draft a 3D layout that maximizes space. We also craft built-in pantry cabinets, open-shelving niches, spice pullouts and under-bench drawers to keep your kitchen organized and uniquely yours.

We aim for minimal disruption. The only interior cut is a small 3–4” hole for your line set, which we finish with a neat trim plate. Outdoor units go on existing concrete pads or wall brackets. Most installs take one full day per zone; we always protect floors, work in clean stages, and leave your space broom-clean when we’re done.
